My parents have hosted my grandparents' store party for the past several years.  It's always a good time.

Preschool Show

Tuesday, December 14, 2011 Continued...

I had to redo this post.  For some reason, my pictures didn't show up the first time.



So, we raced to preschool, dropped off Livie, and later came back for a show!! :)

Livie was smiling so big the entire time.

She LOVES her preschool!!

Claire got in on Story time.

Livie is sitting in between her 2 best friends!

She cried last night because she... and I quote

"can't breathe without them" and "did you see all those x's on the calendar??!!

that means we're not going to preschool on all those x's!!??"

Well, Tuesday was better BECAUSE...

OUR CHRISTMAS PLAYHOUSE ARRIVED!!

Excited, cold, and a little nervous.. how are they going to get that in our yard....

Claire is still feeling a little yucky... still needing to be held every second! (including when mommy wants to take pictures in front of the new playhouse)

It was very cool to watch him move it around.  He pulled it right into our backyard. 

It's on the ground!! We played for about 2 seconds and then... Unfortunately, we have to go to preschool!

Thanks Granddad and Gram... You're the BEST!!

Gingerbread House

Well, unfortunately Monday started out like this...
Obviously, Claire was not miraculously healed over night. Although that is what I was hoping for.


She's watching monkey George. One of the few times she wasn't being held.


However, we did get a little bit of fun in....
We read one of my Favorites, Gingerbread Baby, and made a gingerbread house of our own.



It was very serious.....


Serious Fun!!




Snacking was involved as well.











Don't be too impressed, we discovered this wonderful invention last year...
Pre-Made Gingerbread houses... about $9 at Wal-Mart. They come with all the decorations ready to use.
It's a fabulously good time with absolutely no prep.
