K-State beats OSU

So, we went to the KSU OSU ballgame with my sister.  We were definitely hoping my parents would be able to come as well, maybe next year!!  Both my mom and sister went to Oklahoma State, so half of us wear purple and the other half wear orange... And Claire cheers for whichever team is winning at the time! :)

The girls LOVED cheering!

Dressed in Purple but shooting her pistols?!

The girls are roaring like Wildcats... Awesome

The game was televised.  This was before the Baylor game... very sad.

Jed got the girls cotton candy.

I think STICKY was the theme of the trip.

We had a great time, and the girls did great considering it was a 7:00 game!

It was a GREAT game.  K-State won!!  Then it was back to the rv.  Yes, Yes I know... I was NEVER going to do it again.  Well, I'm pretty sure after this weekend my husband got the point.

But just in case, TOP 8 REASONS why WE should never stay in an RV:

1.  It takes forever to get anywhere driving 50
2.  We spend as much on gas as we would on a hotel
3.  Creepy people ALL AROUND you... no offense, but everyone is creepy in the dark when you can't see and don't know them...
4.  If you stay in a hotel a MAID does the sheets... NOT YOUR WIFE!!
5.  You can swim in a hotel.
6.  Most hotels have a complimentary breakfast.
7.  If you stay in a hotel a MAID sweeps the floor.
8.  AND FINALLY, it would be really bad if I shot someone and had to go to jail!!

Did I mention STICKY was the theme of this trip?

My favorite... CHECK OUT LIVIE'S LEAF!  It's REAL!

All in all it was a good weekend.  The girls did great at the ballgame, K-State Won, and it was GREAT to spend time with my sister.

Trick or Treat

We Trick or Treated and Trick or Treated and Trick or Treated!
And even with all of that, we didn't get a good picture, from the front, with both pumpkin hats on! :(

We saw lots of Grandparents...

And Great Grandparents

And EVEN SKELETONS

Our neighborhood is ALWAYS crazy!

One neighbor even had a fog machine and strobe lights!
On

Jed refuses to speak to any Trick or Treaters.  This has been his spot for the past 3 years.

Happy Halloween

Cute Little Jack O' Lanterns

I love doing Jack O' Lanterns with the girls... It's been a growing process.

Daddy is the official carver.

Claire and I worked hard on her little pumpkin.
I would say, "What shape eyes would you like?"
She would say, "ike mine eyes."
Me:  "Do you want a triangle or square nose?"
Claire:  "Um just ike mine nose."
He He I did my best...

Oh Yea, Look at THIS stuff!

This is the FIRST year that Livie would actually clean out her own pumpkin.
She saved the seeds to plant... Of Course.

Carver Jed

Ta Da

Livie made a sad face because she wasn't feeling very well. :(

Papa's Pumpkin Patch

Excited little girls ready to find, "the perfect pumpkin!"

Please notice there are already pumpkins in our wagon and we aren't even close to the pumpkin patch yet! :)

I would like for you to take notice that each and every time you see Claire she has a DIFFERENT PERFECT PUMPKIN!

She gives the BEST kisses and hugs!

Yep, notice Claire... another picture--another pumpkin.

Livie's Perfect Pumpkins!

Another Pumpkin

And Now We're ALL waiting for Claire to pick her Perfect Pumpkin!

She found 2 more.

When we asked her to come her response was arms flying,
"Duys, I Wooking for da Tertect Tumtin."  (in her words)

I actually didn't even get a picture of her final choice which was ALL GREEN. :)

The slide was a hit!

My adorable husband.

Claire's FAVORITE part... she couldn't wait to ride this and her smile and giggling NEVER stopped.

And it was a LONG ride.

They even went through the forest.

And back to the slide for one last Hoorah!

Unloading the Loot...

Hope you found your
PERFECT PUMPKIN!
